We care about our products and what we do, and do our best to deliver your items in top condition. If somehow you do not receive your order in good condition - for example due to damage during transportation- please let us know immediately. We will fix or replace it for you.
We do our best to delight our customers. If there is anything you are not happy with, or something that went wrong, we will appreciate to hear it from you. If we cannot find a solution together, you can submit your complaint via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/ for mediation through WebwinkelKeur Association.
FYI: Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can submit their complaints to the European Commission via the ODR platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not handled, you have the right to report your complaint at the European Union platform.
